She probably shouldn’t have waited until late in the day to drive from New Orleans to Miami. She could have flown, but she wanted to be able to get around on her own. While Miami isn’t a place she had ever thought of going, it was the nearest Squires training facility to where she was. She figured it would be worth the drive because she wasn’t planning on attending Ammo, that was covered by Leah, Emily, Muriko and Frost. So, she could spend about ten days in training and then head to Lafayette on Friday.
She loaded enough clothes to last her while she was there, made a hotel reservation, talked to the trainer and was told to come on through. So as she made it to the 20 and headed towards Florida, keeping on course courtesy of Siri, who was also her DJ on this trip, she sang along to some of the songs that were being played.
She occasionally glanced in the rear view mirror and was so very happy to see her hair, even though some of it may not be her own, it was a start.
She was starting to feel like herself again.
After making her statement at Black Magic, not only against the Shieldmaiden, but against Skrabz, she felt very strongly that she was going to be the next challenger for that Ultimate Championship.
As “2 Minutes to Midnight” began to blare over the stereo, Jansen reached over and turned up the volume and began to sing along.
The killer's breed or the demon's seed The glamour, the fortune, the pain Go to war again, blood is freedom's stain Don't you pray for my soul anymore Two minutes to midnight

Jansen awoken from her sleep. Today was the day she was going to start training at Beach Squires Gym. She got in after midnight, got undressed and fell right asleep. She reached for her phone and saw the time and uttered a curse under her breath as she pulled the covers back and sat up on the bed.
Training was something she used to do everyday at Rose City Academy, but recently she’d stopped but an occasional trip to the gym. She knew that was part of the reason she wasn’t doing as well as she’d like. But she also knew that it wouldn’t be enough to get through Bullet, let alone Skrabz.
Her phone lit up, getting her attention. She reached for it and looked at the notification. Curious. She pulled open her Twitter and saw the tweet from Robert Mack’s account about the next PPV. MHW was going to the UK. And.. wait a second. That was her on the poster. Not only that, that was her fucking name on the poster. She fired off a response tweet and then closed her phone.
Then she got excited.
That almost had to mean she was getting a shot at the Ultimate Championship. That she was getting a shot at Skrabz. Maybe she was assuming too much, but if she wasn’t, she needed to be ready and she only had a few months to get there.
She leaped up off the bed and hurried into the shower. This bitch had some training to do.
It wasn’t long after that she pulls up into the parking lot of Squires South Beach. She had been in contact with the gym before arriving so they were expecting her. She climbs out of her car and grabs her gym bag and then walks into the gym.
Training was already underway, there were students already in the ring. As Jansen entered, she is noticed by someone who informs another instructor to carry on the class. He walks over and extends a hand, “I’m Jamison Coolidge. Welcome to Squires South Beach.”
Jansen accepts the hand, “Jansen Myrrh. I appreciate you working with me.”
Coolidge points towards his office, “Let’s find out what exactly we can do for you.”
They head into the office and Jamison moves behind his desk. Jansen takes a seat on the other side. “So, tell me what it is you need. You’re not a rookie. I’ve seen some of your stuff since you reached out. I also caught Black Magic.”
“Seems like my path will lead me to the Ultimate Championship. I don’t know if you know my history…”
“I know of your uncle. Dandy Myrrh was a hell of wrestler. One of the best.”
“I recently found out that my aunt was Candi Bratton.”
“Oh shit.”
“Right. Look, to be fair, if you’ve caught some of my past matches, you’ll know that I get by. I get by with breaking the rules and just playing dirty. I need to get better. I need to be able to beat Skrabz on my own. I need to prove to myself and everyone else that I’m good at this.”
“When are you anticipating getting that title shot? How long do we have to get you ready.”
Jansen reaches for her phone and pulls it up, flips through her Twitter and pulls up the image that was posted earlier. “Looks like we have until February.”
“Not as long as I’d like, but let’s see what we can get done. How’s your cardio?”
“Not great.”
“Strength?”
“Not great. I know I need a lot of work. I’m willing to put in all day, every day if need me to get me into shape for this. I’m here for the next ten days, then I have to drive back to Lafayette but then I can come back.”
“Might be easier to rent a place here and fly to your dates rather than drive. A hotel will be expensive.” He reaches into a desk and pulls out a card and slides it over. “Give her a call. I’m sure she can set up a rental for you for a few months, or longer if you need. Make that call, then go change and we will get started. I have someone who’ll work..”
“I’d prefer that you work for me. Look, I need the best to get me ready. I have money. I rarely spend on anything that isn’t necessary. This is necessary. I need you to work with me.”
Jamison leans back in his chair and nods. “Fair enough. Let me clue in the rest of my staff as to what's going on. You go make that call, get changed and I’ll meet you in the gym. We’re going to work on cardio and strength. The one thing you have going for you is the Myrrh-driver. I can’t recall anyone getting up from it. But we need to get some other moves into your moveset.”
Jansen stands up, picks up her bag and nods. “I’ll be right out. I’m guessing you’ll be closed on Thursday?”
Jamison nods. “Thanksgiving. Need a place to go?”
Jansen shakes her head. “Nah. But thanks.” Jansen doesn’t do Thanksgiving. Hasn’t in a very long time.
Five hours later, Jansen found herself in the sauna. She had done more push-ups, more sit-ups, and ran longer than she had since she first entered wrestling school under Biff Franklin. She was going to be sore tomorrow, but she would get in another five hours. She would stop by the Walgreen's near her hotel and grab some Tylenol and some Icy Hot. Tomorrow morning, she would meet with a realtor to show a rental. Jamison was right. She’s going to be spending a lot of time here, may as well rent a place.
November 28, 2019
It was Thanksgiving. It was not one of Jansen’s favorite holidays. Not at all. And no, it wasn’t Halloween either. To be honest, Jansen wasn’t much for holidays at all. It wasn’t necessarily that she had anything against holidays, she just found them mostly useless. Why have a day of giving thanks when you should be thankful everyday? Why have a holiday for giving when you can give any day of the year you want? Why have a holiday for lovers when lovers should be acting as such all year around? Mother’s Day, Father’s Day.. it’s all the same. Why make one day special, when they all should be special?
The trouble with some holidays is finding a place to eat. Tomorrow, she would move into her rental. Luckily for her, it was furnished so there’s very little she needs to buy. So, one more night in her hotel, she still needed to eat.
She ventured out and found an open Chinese restaurant and walked inside where she was greeted, seated and was told to help herself. It was a buffet style meal so she picked up a plate and went through the different dishes and places a little of a few things on her plate.
“Mooooooom!”
“What Charles?”
“I want some more food!”
“You’ll have to wait. I’m trying to feed Annie.”
“Moooooom!” At this point, Jansen put down her fork.
“I told you that you’re going to have to wait a few minutes.”
“But moooooooom!” Jansen stood up. She steps away from her table and walked towards the mother and her two children and loomed over them.
Jansen’s shadow caught the mother’s attention but the boy saw her and immediately ceased his crying. The mom looked embarrassed. “I’m sorry if he’s making a disturbance.”
“I can take him to get some food if you’d like. Is he allergic to anything?”
“I.. no. I mean, he wouldn’t eat anything that would cause him an allergy.”
Jansen put her hands on her hips and looks at the boy, “Well, you wanna get some food or what, kid?”
The boy, keeping his eye on Jansen, slid out from the booth. They walked towards the buffet and Jansen reached for a plate and handed it to him. “What do you want?” They walked through and the boy picked out what he wanted and then carefully returned to his table, sliding into the booth.
Jansen started to walk away when she heard the mother, “Thank you.”
“It was nothing.”
Jansen walked back to her booth and finished her meal in peace. Once finished, she gets up to walk to the counter to pay and the cashier rings up her total. Jansen pulls out her credit card and slides it over then adds, “You know what? I’ll cover the cost of their meal too.”
The cashier nods and adds in the family’s bill as well. Jansen signs the check, leaving a tip and then looks back for a moment at the mother and her children before she exits the restaurant and heads to her car.
December 4, 2019
Jansen was back at the gym on Friday and trained every day after. She had moved into her rental over the weekend and gotten herself settled in. She woke up Wednesday morning with a pain in her shoulder. She reached for her Tylenol and took a couple and winced as she got up and stepped into the shower, thinking the heat would help her shoulder.
She had been going very hard at training and perhaps her body is telling her it’s time to slow down or take a break, but Jansen couldn’t even fathom doing so. She gently got dressed and drove to the gym.
Jamison was there and she explained to him about her shoulder. He tried to talk her into taking the day off and coming back tomorrow, or going to see a doc, but Jansen was stubborn about it and asked to work everything but arms and shoulders. She agreed if she wasn’t feeling better tomorrow, she’d go get it checked out.
December 5, 2019
She wasn’t feeling any better, in fact when she went to look at her shoulder in the mirror it was purple. She shot a text to the gym and let them know she was going to have her shoulder checked out and would get back with them. She also knew that tomorrow, Saturday at the latest, she would have to catch a flight to Lafayette.
She stopped into Emergency Room and checked in, filled out all the paperwork and then waited and waited to be seen. When she was called back, x-rayed, poked and prodded until the doc determined she had strained her shoulder. She should lay off the gym for a couple of weeks. She laughed at him and told her she was a pro wrestler. She wouldn’t be taking any time off. He tried to talk her out of it, but she stubbornly refused. She asked what he could do to help in the meantime and he told her to tape up really well and sent her on her way.
December 7, 2019
The flight to Lafayette was painless. She grabbed a rental car and found her motel. She was as ready for her match with Bullet as she would ever be. She realized she should probably post something for the match. She didn’t want her bruise to show, so she put on a hoodie and set up her camera and began her promo.
ON-CAMERA
“You know, when Mack tweeted out that poster of myself and literally named the show after me, I was super excited. I realized that perhaps, after all this time, my time had finally come. I’ve had my run ins with Vebbins, Zombie. Coven versus the Shieldmaidens. I put down that muscle bound freak Space Lord. I’ll admit I’ve been on a streak of back luck -- but that's because it’s been mostly tag matches and multi person matches and that’s no excuse. I pulled my weight in that tag match. I nearly came out on top in that four way. But you know what? It just wasn’t time for me. By the end of Black Magic, I made it my time.”
“The time for me will be in February, in the UK when I face the most iconic champion that Mile High Wrestling has seen. There has been two champions. Candi Bratton, my aunt, and Skrabz. The third champion will be Jansen Myrrh. But before I get to the UK and to Skrabz, I have to deal with another Shieldmaiden. One who I’ve not had the chance to fight before.”
“Bullet. The silent leader. The head honcho of the Shieldmaidens.”
“Does it sting just a little? The fact that Coven was just that much smarter than you? That Coven was just a little bit more willing to go that extra mile to win? That the Shieldmaidens tapped out to Coven? Let’s face the fact, going into Black Magic, we were neck and neck. Coven won some, Shieldmaidens won some. Then Black Magic happened. We beat your ass. We wiped those smug little looks right off your face.”
“I fully expect that when Bullet comes to the ring to face me tomorrow that she won’t have that smug look on her face. The other Shieldmaiden want to come try and jump me? Bring it. Coven will not be far behind. You see, Coven has my back. But we will do whatever it takes to win. Had the roles been reversed? Leah would not have tapped to same me. Gabriel would not have tapped to save me. Huruka nor Muriko would have tapped to save me. Our goal, in singular goal was to beat you and we beat you.”
“So, Bullet, when you come to face me, I hope you’re prepared. I have been underestimated since the day I came back to MHW. It’s the leader of the Shieldmaidens against the so called leader of Coven. It’s going to be Coven day on Sunday, when Gabriel Ohio defeats Zombie for the Throwdown Championship, Leah will defeat Psycho to win the Hardcore Championship, Frost will defeat Hamilton, Muriko will slap the shit out of Skrabz and I will do battle with Bullet and cement my spot as the number one contender to the Ultimate Championship.”
“And Skrabz, if I know my MHW history, you’ll come out of nowhere to try and get some type of revenge on me. Remember, Coven is always around and Coven will always protect their own. So, unless you want a repeat of the end of Black Magic, come out for your fight, get beat, go back to the locker room and just go home. Light one up for me. Do what you so best. Mumble something incoherent with a lot of 'fams', 'innits' and 'blads'. Then prepare to get beat in the UK.”
“As for Bullet, I’ll see you in the main event Sunday night. Bring your fucking A game.”

War!
Sometimes it goes well for you and sometimes it does not. The Shieldmaidens currently found themselves engaged in some form of war on what felt like four or five different fronts currently between the goings on in SRW, EWC, MHW, the goings on with Detective Marchand and the goings on with the Children of Nephilim.
Shots had been fired, in some cases literally, but now was not the time to obsessively focus on that. Now was the time to process information gleaned from the listening devices that had been placed two days previously by a group led by Shieldmaidens Road Captain Becca “Bruiser” Maguire.
To that end, Shieldmaidens President Alex “Bullet” Carbajal had summoned what amounted to a war council consisting of the charter’s officers, Vice President Angelique “Angel” LeRoux, Sgt-At-Arms Essentia “Sangre” Carbajal, Treasurer Jocelyn “Tibs” Thibault, Secretary Leonie “Queenie” Laveau, Bruiser, and full patches Wendy “Zombie” Pellegrini and Jackie “Bandit” Layton. With all eight seated at the table, Bullet just shakes her head.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: I can’t believe you put Gabi forth as a prospect…
Zombie and Tibs both shrug as if it was a complete no-brainer of an idea.
Wendy "Zombie" Pellegrini: I would say I can’t believe you didn’t but since immediate family is not allowed to do that…
Tibs nods her agreement without hesitation.
Jocelyn "Tibs" Thibault: Taza proved herself this week with us on that op. She fell right into it when I started treating her like a newb inside the building for our cover.
Bullet nods slowly.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Crash and Burn told me it went really well.
Looking almost overly excited at the mention of that operation, Bruiser rocks forward in her seat.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Have they gotten anythin’ from that yet?
Bullet slides the list of prospects aside and nods to her Road Captain.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Actually, yes…
She pauses to scan the information in front of her.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Three of the names on that list of cops we put together between Tony, Nikki and the Twins have come up. Two were mentioned by the third who actually took a meeting with Marchand.
Bruiser grits her teeth, her hand balling into a tight fist on the table. When she finally manages to speak, she only barely finds herself able to spit the words through her grinding teeth,
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Which ones…?
Bullet exhales heavily.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Detective Antoine LeBeauf, he’s been working a case at the hospital lately. He has a reputation for not liking when he is addressed without his proper rank attached to his name. He and Detective Marchand had a meeting that started in that upper room and then moved out the back door, so we were only able to hear the very beginning of what was said.
Sangre shakes her head.
Essentia "Sangre" Carbajal: Jueputa, that one is at the hospital all the time. He does not like anyone going near certain rooms. It’s almost like he is waiting for a particular visitor to arrive.
Bullet nods knowingly. She’d had to dodge him multiple times in her late night visits there.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: As part of their conversation, two officers were mentioned as being of great assistance for something. We were unable to hear what they had been assisting with but the names we heard were Evan Treadwell and Chase Dufour. Macrhand called them by their proper names but LeBeauf called them…
Before she can finish, Angel jumps in.
Angelique "Angel" LeRoux: Tread and Du…
Bullet nods, the look the two share not being lost on the others at the table.
Wendy "Zombie" Pellegrini: Are those the two that…?
Bullet and Angel both nod affirmatively.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: The caremondas that pulled us over and used vile language when speaking about Angel, yes. They are. LeBeauf did not sound like he approved of them, which is not surprising since part of Tony’s intel on them…
She pauses and nods to Zombie.
Wendy "Zombie" Pellegrini: They’re racist as shit, supposedly even against other cops. “Tread” is also supposedly virulently homophobic and his pal Du there is apparently so easily led that the rest of their squad make jokes about them being “butt buddies” behind their backs because Treadwell seems to dominate him at every turn.
Tibs and Angel both almost laugh.
Jocelyn "Tibs" Thibault: That would be almost funny, if the guy was a such a closeted self-hater…
Angelique "Angel" LeRoux: It would not be the first time something like that happened.
Sangre takes a deep breath and nods to her cousin.
Essentia "Sangre" Carbajal: Have we heard anything about the two that hassled me at the hospital?
Bullet nods quickly.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: The second listening devices, the ones that were planted on the guys in the cafe…
She switches sheets.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: One of them happened to turn out to be an Officer Devlin Westphal. He met with an Officer Austin St. John and their conversation brought up two familiar names again. Detective LeBeauf and Evan Treadwell. St. John even mentioned he wished they’d gotten to go with “Tread” when he stomped…
She stops herself before reading out the word.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Apparently “Tread” enjoys attacking homosexuals in his off time and St. John and Westphal were sharing their wishes that they had been with him when he hospitalized one recently.
The others around the table all shake their heads in shock and disgust.
Jackie "Bandit" Layton: Fucking assholes…
Bruiser’s fist pounds the table.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Are you fuckin’ tellin’ me that Marchand has his own little hit squad of gay bashers?
Zombie grits her teeth just like her fellow New Yorker.
Wendy "Zombie" Pellegrini: Sure as fuck sounds like it.
Queenie frowns, taking it all in.
Leonie "Queenie" Laveau: Doesn’t this mean that not only does he probably have one, but he’s just proven that Nikki, Tony and the Twins were all dead right when they said that list looked too clean?
Everyone looks at her as Queenie nods to them.
Leonie "Queenie" Laveau: Everyone we just mentioned was on that list and you’d think with open racists and homophobes, they’d have rap sheets longer than everyone in both MCs put together and yet…
She nods to the list sitting in front of all of them.
Leonie "Queenie" Laveau: None of them have so much as a retracted complaint...
Bullet nods.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: It gets better…
The other seven Maidens all just look at her skeptically.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: The other listening device landed on an Officer Raymond Sarkozzi. He met up with an Officer from Vice Squad named Lereane Maddox and the two of them discussed what they were going to do with their friend, Nestor Vargas, before they engaged in what was apparently supposed to be a secret affair of carnal knowledge. Vargas arrived later, mentioned LeBeauf was in on whatever they were planning and then they all proceeded to get high on a kilo of cocaine Maddox had apparently confiscated from a dealer she had busted earlier that night. Their sessions of drugs and sex lasted four days and included two prostitutes they hired in to work off what Maddox called a “get out of jail” card.
Bandit cocks her head.
Jackie "Bandit" Layton: So… the whole list…
Zombie shakes her head in disbelief.
Wendy "Zombie" Pellegrini: Dirty, connected…
Bruiser looks away, visibly seething.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Do we know if they’re all in the same thin’s or are they…?
Bullet shakes her head.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: At present, no, we do not. They all seem to have their personal…
Tibs shakes her head.
Jocelyn "Tibs" Thibault: Wait… that’s not the whole list.
Queenie frowns.
Leonie "Queenie" Laveau: It’s not?
They all quickly turn to the list and within seconds, a name is found.
Jackie "Bandit" Layton: One is missing so far, Jesse Williamson.
Bullet nods.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: We have one mention of him anywhere.
Zombie nods.
Wendy "Zombie" Pellegrini: Tony said the rumor on him was she was picked to shadow Marchand and be his personal back-up.
Bruiser shakes her head angrily.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Fuck… so he’s never fuckin’ alone…
Bullet looks around the room.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: We will continue to gather what information we can. If Marchand was behind both what happened to Bruiser’s sister and Rynn and Shonn…
The other seven all nod knowingly, grimly.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: In the meantime, we need to focus on the battles we are able to fight. The Coven is not going away and they think they have the upperhand on us now. Bruiser showed them last week that it should not be assumed that this is the case but more convincing will be required in this war. They won a skirmish, but war is not over after one major clash. Are we all ready to show them what we are made of?
Zombie, Bruiser, Bandit, Angel, Tibs, Queenie and Sangre all nod almost in unison and Bullet smirks approvingly at this response.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Bueno. I know Psycho, Banshee, Sam, Hairicin, the Twins, and Fetch all feel the same. I am sure if we need them, the prospects, Krigare, Snow, Burnout, Turbo, Firefly and Taza would all be in as well. Let us make sure that we have all the fighters prepared. The war rages on and it’s time we strike back. We cannot allow what Frost and Ohio did go unanswered.
She pauses and then smirks playfully.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Nor can we allow that malparida peluca Jansen is wearing to go unanswered as well.
The others snicker as Bullet raises her gavel.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: ¿Todos entienden?
Nods all around cause Bullet to nod in response before banging the gavel.
On-Camera
Saturday, December 7, 2019 Warehouse Gym Shieldmaidens Clubhouse New Orleans, Louisiana ?:39 AM PST
The camera opens on Alex “Bullet” Carbajal standing under the familiar black banner with the white Shieldmaidens lettering on it dressed in blue jeans, black boots, a t-shirt that reads “Twisted Steel” and her Shieldmaidens kutte. Stepping forward, bullet raises an index finger and wags it two times in quick succession towards the camera.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Before we really get going here, can I just ask Jansen one little question?
She leans in as if asking a question in secret confidence.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Where did you get that malparida peluca and who told you it looked good on you?
She pauses just long enough to stick her hand out, palm out to the camera.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Please, do not try and tell me that is “all natural, baby.”
Leaning back, Bullet just shakes her head in disgust.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: We all know you cannot go from being bald to having that style of hair length that quickly so we know that is a weave of some sort so trying to tell us that is your hair is like that whopper you had about the Coven being a year in the making and everything being a well-thought out and executed plan. That is bullshit and we can all see that since the only way it was planned a year ago from when it started is if you met Solomon Cain in a bar, got drunk and then one of you went, “Huh huh, this would be fun…” while so jincha that there is no way either of you remembered the next day.
The disgust level in Bullet begins to rise.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: We also know it was not planned at all because Emily Falls was the first one drafted in and she has been a complete afterthought. What did you promise that poor girl to get her to sign out and how has she not revolted at not receiving whatever empty promise you made to her?
RThe anger starts to rise as Bullet points to the floor.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: The only thing Emily has gotten from this group is a concussion from me. She’d have been better off making a tag team with another newcomer looking to make a name for herself and trying to build herself that way instead of attaching herself to you where you all just abandoned her for no real reason.
Pausing, Bullet shrugs again.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Maybe Alastair will help her out some now though since he looks to be about himself and what it can do for him, if I were Emily I’d watch my back.
Bullet steps abc and leans against the wall, crossing her arms in front of her chest.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: As for your plan, how is that working out for you, there, Jansen? You lost the only claim to gold you ever had to Zombie, then you lost your hair too. You lost Solomon to his demons, you’ve effectively pushed Emily away and now you’ve lost one of the Itari Sisters as well and the only thing you’ve gained is a loose cannon in Gabriel Ohio who gives not one fuck about any of you and an unproven soldier who should know better in Frost. He wanted a piece of Psycho and then he wanted a piece of Sam and the second you aren’t useful to him anymore for that, he probably will not even bother to acknowledge you anymore and you’ll be left scrambling for yet another patch for a gaping hole in your group you weren’t expecting because…
She pauses and shrugs, never breaking contact with the wall. .
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Well, we’ve already established you won’t rely on Emily Falls and we know you’ll throw Muriko away the same as you did her sister and Solomon. Leah we all know knows better than to really trust you and Frost does as well…
Glancing down to her feet, Bullet shakes her head.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: So, you think that weave on your head is going to cover up what you lost just like you have with Ohio and Frost…
She steps away from the wall and glares into the camera.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: I don’t know how you haven’t noticed, but people have been saying we were done since we first got here. Every tag team that has come in has tried to tell Jack that they were the ones to end her and when they failed, others tried to tell her that she was nothing by herself and they would expose her, meanwhile, she’s still standing over there with her shiny gold belt that says you were all wrong, including the tag team from the Coven that gave up on being a team because they talked too much shit and couldn’t get the job done against Sam and Jack when it mattered! You, Ohio, Leah, you all said we were overrated and told us you would relieve us of all of our gold and relieve us of our very existence, you called us arrogant and told us we were underestimating you at every turn and I’m here to tell you that is where you went wrong, Jansen. Sam and Jack looked forward to getting into the ring with DTI because DTI were willing to do what BCB was too cowardly to do and that was challenge them to their face! Psycho never looked down on Ohio or Leah, she simply prepared herself and then went to war to keep what she had earned. Zombie got a little mouthy on you but…
She pauses and shrugs with an acknowledging grimace.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Let’s be real, she got mouthy because you had already gotten mouthy on her and promised to make her win over Tyke Index get exposed as a complete fluke and when that didn’t happen, you offered your hair to prove it and…
She nods, raising her hand to indicate something to be shown before her.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: That ugly weave on your head now proves what happened there, does it not?
Her hand lowers and the camera slowly zooms in.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Congratulations, the Coven won one at Black Magic because you pulled a fast one on us the same way BCB pulled one on Sam and Jack but that didn’t become a streak against us because at Ammo, Bruiser made sure to remind everyone that one skirmish does not end a war! Now you want to get a shot at Skrabz, a shot you apparently feel you are entitled to because you breathe air and…
She trails off, pondering this for a second before nodding in acknowledgement again.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: Well, that’s about it really. You walked out to the ring and you tried to take the bull by the horns. I’ll give you that one, you tried to make your own opportunity and now I get to welcome you to the main event.
The camera zooms in to frame Bullet’s face.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: But I promise I will make it as uncomfortable a welcome as humanly possible. I am going to step into that ring and I am going to make you wish you never took that mask off, never exposed the world to that toxic waste you call a wig attached to your head and I’m going to test just how attached to your head it really is!
The camera zooms out and then snaps to black.
Alex "Bullet" Carbajal: ¡Bienvenido al infierno!
