HOME OF LUKE CORVO Monday, 5:34 am | Detroit, Michigan
The scenes open up inside the bedroom of Luke Corvo. The camera pans around the room before focusing on the alarm clock on the bedside table. As the clock strikes 5:34, the buzzer goes off. A arm reaches out of the blanket and tosses the alarm clock but before it does, another alarm clock sounds off from the phone next to the bed. As the blankets from the bed get tossed, Luke Corvo is seen sitting up stretching. He takes a glance at the clock before making his way to the bathroom. The camera remains in the bedroom when the water in the showers can be heard.
20 Mins Elapsed.
Corvo exits the bathroom in a towel then walks over too the dresser. Corvo grabs his deodorant and axe spray. Before long, he reaches into the top draw and grabs clothing. As Corvo, changes.. the cameras focus's on the door as a letter is slide through. Corvo walks past the camera and opens the letter. He smiles before tossing it onto the bed. Corvo grabs his duffel bag and sneakers and exits the room as the scenes fade.
Detroit, Michigan Monday 7:01 am | Local Gym
The scenes open up with Luke Corvo bench pressing one hundred and fifty pounds. As he finishes, he grabs a towel then signals for the camera man.
☰ lukeCORVO: (Luke takes a deep breath) It's time. The moment I've been waiting for. My contract is officially signed and I'm making my Mile High Debut. At first, I wasn't surprised whom my opponent was. I was surprised about the match itself. It's a basic tag match. Sure, Chris Mosh and his partner are tough, battle tested opponent's but who is Emily Fall's? My tag team partner, But I can't complain. It's officially our debut and we're going to prove why we're better than the best and battle tested like the rest.
Luke stood silent for a moment, the words he spoke slowly coming together in his head.
☰ lukeCORVO: Mosh, Over the years.. during my time sitting on the sidelines. I've followed your career. You've been around the block a few times. Fact is, from day one.. I saw talent in you. I saw.. the "It Factor" deep inside your soul. But one thing I didn't see?
A young man barely out of school tap's Luke's shoulder. Luke stared at young man emotionless for one more moment before he turned his back on him. Luke continues speaking as if nothing happened.
☰ lukeCORVO: FEAR! Yeah, I didn't see Fear. You don't fear anybody. Infact, you know already walking into match after match you don't stand a chance are survival but you continue going. It's amazing. I've watched men and women quit after match one. You, you just keep chugging along. Respect. However, don't like it effect this match-up. I understand you made a promise. This will be the match you make a instant impact. Some promises are meant to be broken and I will.. no.. We're going to prove it. Chris.. you and your partner stand no chance. No even a glimpse of hope. That's a promise.. And some are meant to be fulfilled.
The young man taps Luke's arm again but before he can speak, Luke tell's the young man to step off. It don't take long for other gym members to glance over. The young man decides to leave before Luke finishes up with his promo.
☰ lukeCORVO: I take great pride in saying that I'm going to do something, and actually finishing the job. Unlike you two. Now, for you Ginger! I see through your game, Ginger. I see that you're nothing more than an ineffectual nut-bag who'll probably take yourself out of the match all on your own. I think you'll be looking ahead to something else. Maybe.. a future date with destiny. My date, it's much brighter than yours. When I say brighter, it's the Mile High Championship. To finally be on top again. It's next generation level. You or Chris wouldn't understand. First match or not.. I will be CHAMPION!Why wait? I'm at the top now, guys. I'm at the top for a reason. While you're still meddling at the bottom, looking up at me, hoping that one day you'll be challenging for the title I'm one day away from capturing -- you'll still be a bottom-feeder. You'll either be the class of division I nearly bypassed entirely, or you'll be working your ass off trying to prove your worth against some of the people that actually matter. It's the fact, and the fact is Luke Corvo becoming the biggest and most glamorous CHAMP! I didn't come to Mile High Wrestling to fail. I came to make Mile High Wrestling prestigious. Now, I have to finish working out then travel. That's what a real CHAMP does.

*Cameras come on some random people taking bumps inside a ring, then we hear some clapping from off the side as the camera pans over to Chris Mosh as the person clapping*
Mosh: good job guys, take a five
*Chris looks over at the cameras as he smirks*
Mosh: well here we are again, another week, another match, this time a tag match, now I don’t know what to say about my partner, she thinks she is better than me and she might be but than again I didn’t tap out, I mean we did both lose but I didn’t give up, but enough about her and on to the opponents.
*Chris picks up he water bottle and takes a drink from it then beings to talk again*
Mosh: so first I’m going to talk about Emily Falls, she seem like a nice girl and she is a just like the two gentlemen you saw in the ring, she is new to this wrestling thing, the only difference is she will actually have her first match on TV this week. Now you were on last week and I know you excited but you need to calm down a little, it is great to be excited about you first match but that might be the down fall to you losing your match, I really want you to be excited but keep it down a little and stay focused on the match, just promise me you will do that ok… ok now on to the Next Opponent…Pun attended
*Chris laughs a little*
Mosh: Next Generation, Mr. Luke Corvo, now you do have an advantage over me because you have seen the things I have done. Now I don’t know if I should be flattered or offended by what you said but maybe you can answer that in you next promo. Now you said you were the top guy but if you were the top guy then why do you call yourself the Next Generation, if you were the top guy now wouldn’t you be called like The Generation or This Generation, not next, now yeah I see you being at the top but it won’t be now, so Luke I like you are looking at the future and maybe one day you will be champ and I will be there to see you win that champ and applaud you, but Luke this match is mine and my partner’s.
*Chris smirks, and then takes a drink of water. He puts down the water and steps into the ring as the camera fades out*

Dear Opponents,
You lost your matches on the last show, and will lose on this one. Me and Luke Corvo will surely win. I will use the Emily Fall right on top of you, and the bell go's ding ding ding! after I pin you. Ginger Knox, you may be pretty, but bad guys don't matter to me. I don't even need to pay attention to what I'm doing to beat you. All you focus on is your disgusting attitude. Chris Mosh, you may be a good guy, but the party's over when me and my partner beat you.

Emily Falls: Mile High Wrestling! Teaming up with Luke Corvo, and we'll be fighting Ginger Knox and Chris Mosh. There's no need to work out, though, as they're easy to beat.
Woman: Cool! I'll be working out now. Good bye!

Dear James,
It's been a rough week. I lost my first match. Cult Manhattan was way better than I expected. She kicked my butt. Maybe I'm not cut out for this business. I really wish you were getting these letters. Then you could respond and motivate me.
I really miss you, James. I feel lost in this world without you. I bet I'd be doing so much better if you were still with me. That's how I know you're my other half.
This week I have a Mixed Tag Match. I have to team up with a party boy. I'd much rather be teaming up with you, James.
We're going to be facing this next generation guy and some weird chick named Emily Falls. I'm pretty sure we're going to win, but I still wish you could write back. Give me that extra motivation.
