Leah laid on the bed in the same position she had been for the last hour staring up at the ceiling. The thoughts of last night’s Mile High Episode 22 loomed in her mind. It wasn’t so much as she took a loss. Leah knows first hand what it feels like to take a loss. Over the course of her short career she has taken more losses than wins. Still, this one stung her. It wasn’t that the loss came against Becca “Bruiser” Maguire. Becca, after all, had a lot to prove and prove she did. She proved why she is a Shieldmaiden and she proved why she is in Mile High Wrestling. The War Queen and The Bruiser did exactly what everyone expected; they beat the hell out of each other. Still, this loss weighed heavy on her. She let out an audible sigh as different moments from the match flashed through her mind.
“The War Queen Leah perched on the top rope with her arms extended outward. Fans began to rise to their feet and they sensed what was coming. Leah closed her eyes, drew in a deep breath and then quickly glanced behind her to see where Becca was still lying. With great force, Leah spun herself off the top rope with Leah Rising. Instead of the prone body of Becca, Leah crashed hard against the mat; air escaping her lungs at a rapid pace.”
Leah rolled to her side; still reeling from the bumps and bruises she had taken the night before. She gripped her pillow tight as her gaze went straight out the window. In two week’s time she has arguably the biggest match of her Mile High Wrestling career when she challenges for the Hardcore Title against Saoirse “Psycho” Maguire. After her loss to Bruiser was she ready for the challenge. Did the loss kill all her momentum. She had already shown she is one tough individual but was it enough. The War Queen tried to close her eyes but all she could think of was last night’s match.
“Leah kicked out of the roll up with all her might. Only a moment later and the match would have been all over. Everything had been moving so fast she could barely keep up with the action. Then, as she scrambled to her feet, time almost came to a halt. Everything shifted into slow motion as she felt Becca grab her by the wrist. The War Queen saw Bruiser put her boot up to her face and drop back to the ground. Becca’s Kickstar sent a jolt straight up to the side of Leah’s face as she had no choice but to crumble to the ground. The force of Becca’s yank felt almost as if she was trying to pull Leah’s arm out of the socket at the same time. The mat reverberated beneath her as she lie motionless. Her stare met the bottom rope as she heard John Paul Vigil slap the mat. Leah mentally threw her foot as far over towards the ropes as she could. If she physically did, she had no idea. It wasn’t long after she felt John’s hand hit the mat for a third time that he began to wave it off. She knew she somehow made it to the ropes.”
The War Queen opened her eyes and tried to reposition again. A jar ran through both her shoulders. Clasped either arm with her opposite hands and rolled onto her back. She wanted to shout out in pain. What did she have to prove last night? She could have taken the easy way out and save herself for Mile High Spectacular 2. That was never her M.O. though. She always left it all in the ring. Perhaps a bit too long.
“Leah could barely register that she had gotten her foot on the bottom rope to break the pinfall attempt before she could realize she was being trapped in Freyr’s Sacrifice. For all she knew a mere millisecond could have passed. In her mind, however, it felt like minutes. Becca cinched in the hold tighter but Leah was not going to tap. She would persevere. She would fight through and break the hold. She was The War Queen and she was out to prove it. The mind proved to be stronger than the body as Leah felt her shoulder stretch in unnatural positions. There was only one way she wasn’t leaving this match on a stretcher. The War Queen Leah tapped out to Freyr’s Sacrifice.”
It took what felt like everything she had in her body to sit up on the side of the bed. When she did, though, she remembered why we do this. She remembered what you do when you get knocked down. You pick yourself up off the ground. You dust yourself off. You become stronger and better than you were the night before. You don’t wallow in defeat. You grit your teeth and tackle the present. Momentum is not lost in a moment’s notice unless you allow it to. The War Queen is still ready for Psycho at Mile High Spectacular 2. She is ready to give it her all and take that Hardcore Title into her posession. Adrenaline began to fill her body as she felt her heartbeat increase. Leah stood up from the bed with strength and poise ready to tackle the day.
War Queen Leah: Ugh, my shoulders hurt.
Leah dropped back down on the side of the bed. She wasn’t deflated at the pain that coursed through her shoulders. She just knew: Check-out isn’t until 11:00am. Perhaps it’s time to try to fall back asleep.
Date: 9/8/2019 Time: 9:52am Location: Iron Warrior Gym; Denver, CO
The War Queen Leah is in the middle of a gym session at Iron Warrior Gym located in Denver, Colorado. This location has become a bit of a mainstay whenever Leah is in town for Mile High Wrestling. It will be a shame she won’t be able to utilize the facility as often once MHW starts touring other areas. While Leah primarily takes advantage of the establishment’s endless supply of strength training and powerlifting equipment today is more focused on mixed martial arts training alongside resident personal trainer and owner, Seth Lee.
Seth Lee: Alright, Leah. I want you to smash it. I want to feel your frustrations in this one.
Seth is holding a body bag in place as Leah starts pounding away at it with a barrage of lefts and rights; which are wrapped up and covered by MMA gloves. Her hair is pulled back and tucked into a loosely tied bandana. In efforts to gain more movement, Leah opted for her white muscle shirt and pink compression shorts. Her strikes continue to land with greater force before varying it up with a mixture of elbows. Seth screams at her to keep going. Harder, faster, stronger. The War Queen grips both sides of the body bag and fires in a series of Muah Thai knee strikes that even pushes Seth back a bit. Sensing she won’t stop until the bag is destroyed Seth calls her off.
Seth Lee: Whoa, whoa whoa… Shut it down, Leah. That’s a wrap.
He tosses the body bag off to the side as Leah’s arms drop down to her side. She grabs her towel off the ground and drapes it around her neck and reaches for her water bottle. As she takes a sip of water, she feels a jolt in her shoulder that causes her to wince.
Seth Lee: That shoulder still bothering you? I’ve got a girl that can take a look at that for ya if you like?
War Queen Leah: Naw, I’ll be a’ight. Just working through something. I’ve got big plans and this pain ain’t gonna be stopping me ANY time soon.
Seth Lee: You got a match tonight at Ammo?
War Queen Leah: Nothing scheduled but I can assure you I’ll be looking to get in on the action. I’m not going to let a loss to Becca Maguire be my last match before I challenge her wife. I got to get a few things off my chest tonight at Ammo and you better believe that I’ll invite anyone to come down to that ring and try to stand toe to toe with me. I’ll definitely be looking to take someone out.
Seth Lee: Yeah you will. Listen, I’ve been catching some of Mile High Wrestling ever since you started up there and I’ve got to say you certainly got some spunk in you. There’s just this aura… this feeling about you that I can’t quite put… Nope, I got it. Leah, you should be a Shieldmaiden!
Leah smirks at Seth’s comment about being a Shieldmaiden.
War Queen Leah: It doesn’t quite work like that, Seth. You don’t just say you want to be a Shieldmaiden and then poof you’re a Shieldmaiden. They don’t just take members on and, even then, you gotta come up as a prospect first.
Seth Lee: Would you even want to be a part of the Shieldmaidens? I mean, ya’ll would be a perfect fit. They already know what you’re made of.
War Queen Leah: If the offer were ever there I would take it into consideration. In my short time in Mile High Wrestling I’ve already been on the opposite side of the ring as Samantha Hamilton, Bandit, Bullet and Bruiser. Next week I go up against Psycho. These girls are badass. These girls are hardcore. They’ve each earned their Kutte. Me? I’m still out there trying to prove myself. Believe me, it would be an honor to even be considered but I just don’t think I’m there yet. Ya feel me?
Seth Lee: If there’s anything I’ve learned from you so far it’s that you are extremely humble. You’re the badass. You’re hardcore. Soon enough you’ll even have a Hardcore Title to match that hardcore attitude. You respect your opponents when there is respect to be given and that’s commendable. I’d really like to turn on the television tonight and see you whooping some sorry sap’s ass with that smile on your face. I personally hope you drop Psycho on her head and win that title. You deserve it.
War Queen Leah: I appreciate that, Seth. I’m going to try my best. There’s no guarantees in this business but you better believe she’s gonna need to knock me unconscious to keep that belt. What’s next boss?
Leah and Seth fist bump as the conversation turns back to Leah’s workout. The two inaudibly discuss the plan as they walk off to another area of Iron Warrior Gym.
Date: Today Time: 9:46pm Location: TNP Inc. Compound - Chicago, IL
The War Queen is out back behind the TNP Inc. Compound located in Chicago, IL. There’s a cool breeze ushering in near fall weather as Leah is seen in a pair of sweatpants and a hoodie. She is seen walking into a large shed as the cameras follow right behind her. Leah reaches up above her and pulls on a string turning the lights on. As they do, a radio off to the side on a work bench turns on. “Sweet but Psycho” by Ava Max can be heard playing on the radio. How fitting with Leah taking on Psycho at Mile High Spectacular 2. The War Queen appears to be looking for something. She comes across a filthy, dusty chair and throws it behind her on the lawn. All the while looking for something, Leah can be heard slowly singing along with the song.
War Queen Leah: Oh, she’s sweet but a psycho.
Leah continues to shuffle through random items before coming across a couple of 2x4s. Taking a moment to eyeball them she tosses them outside with the chair.
War Queen Leah: A little bit psycho. At night she’s screaming “I’m-ma-ma-ma out my mind”.
The War Queen makes her way over to the workbench opening the drawers and sifting through the mess. There’s a box labelled thumbtacks that she tosses out with the other belongings. The War Queen’s attention then goes to what’s under the workbench.
War Queen Leah: She’ll make you curse, but she a blessing. She’ll rip your shirt within a second… BINGO!!!
Leah’s eyes light up as she pulls something large out from under the workdesk. She the light catches it we see a spool of barbed wire. The first thing anyone is thinking is ‘what does someone have random barbed wire in their shed in CHICAGO.’ The War Queen quickly turns the lights out, killing the radio, and makes her way out onto the back lawn where all of her “goodies” have been laid out. She erects the chair into a seated position and plops down. Leah grabs one of the 2x4s and looks directly into the camera.
War Queen Leah: Have I got your attention now? Ever since I debuted in Mile High Wrestling back at Rise Again it seems as though I continue to have this collision course with The Shieldmaidens. At first I thought maybe it was just a matter of people thought we would gel well together. From The Titaness to Bullet and Bandit to Bruiser and now Psycho. Just as unique as every member of The Shieldmaidens is, they have a commonality; they fight to their dying breath. Samanatha Hamilton showed that when she went so far as to headbutt me until she herself fell unconscious.
The War Queen has taken an end of the barbed wire and duct taped it to the 2x4. Never looking down, her gaze is directly at the camera.
War Queen Leah: Bullet and Bandit came at me hard and suffice to say not punches were pulled in that match. I came with backup. I brought Sports Entertainment Xpress with me into that tag team match but in the end it was I, the War Queen, that pinned Bandit. It wasn’t Space Lord. It wasn’t “Thundering” Terry Marshall. It was me. Then came Becca. Good ol’ Becca “Bruiser” Maguire.
Leah is spinning the 2x4 around and around all the while allowing the barbed wire to wrap its way around the 2x4.
War Queen Leah: Becca gave me one hell of a fight. I mean we beat the piss out of each other and, to a degree, I’m still carrying around my battle wounds a few weeks later. The Bruiser had a lot to prove. Was she good enough for Mile High Wrestling? Was she truly enough to have earned her Kutte in the first place to be a Shieldmaiden. Yes, she was. She was right when she said she had everything to gain from our match. She turned heads. She proved she could make me tap. Well, now I’ve got something to prove.
The barbed wire is getting tighter as Leah just continues to wrap it around the 2x4. Nearly half the spool is out of the container at this point.
War Queen Leah: At Mile High Spectacular 2 it is The War Queen versus The Psycho for the Mile High Wrestling Hardcore Title. This shot didn’t come easy. It wasn’t just handed to me. Did the announcement come as a shock to me at first? Absolutely. Do I deserve it? F*** yes. For a majority of my career I tried to fit the mold of a wrestler I wasn’t. I was supposed to be prim and propper. I was to go out there and wrestle a technical style, a lucha style, hell even a woman’s style; whatever the hell that means. Well, I said screw that and I set out to do things my way. In my debut for a nothing of a company known as Fierce Wrestling I took a leap of faith. Leap of faith is an understatement. I dove from a second floor balcony of a hotel building to take out my opponents. I lost the match but I unlocked a piece of what I am.
The War Queen pauses to admire her work.
War Queen Leah: I came to Mile High Wrestling and I was introduced to the Shieldmaidens in a bit of a trial by fire. I did not see a group of biker lesbians or whatever crap haters spew about them. I saw a group of rough, tough girls that didn’t follow the norms of what women’s wrestling was supposed to be. I saw myself. You see, at Mile High Spectacular 2, I’ve got something to prove. The Shieldmaidens are running the block when it comes to championships around these parts. Bandit and Titaness are the Tag Champions, Zombie is the Throwdown Champion and well, Psycho is the Hardcore Champion. I’ve got to prove that I belong in the same ring as the likes of these strong, confident women. I’ve got to prove that the announcement of The War Queen getting a shot at the Hardcore Title is not a fluke. We all know that I wasn’t originally penciled in for this match. I had to earn my shot. I had to leave nothing back for this chance and… It was all part of the plan.
Leah starts picking at the barbed wire contraption she just built. She tries to test how tightly wound the prickly rod is cutting a bit of her finger. Leah holds it up to her face to watch a bit pool up and slide down her finger.
War Queen Leah: From the moment I dove from that balcony I knew where I belonged. I knew the environment I was born to be a part of. When Robert Mack announced the inception of a Hardcore Title I became all in. You, Psycho, Saoirse Maguire, stand in the way of the Hardcore Title and myself; something I am prepared to cross through hell and back to get. There’s no denying that you are one tough son of a bitch and getting to that title will be no easy task but you have your weaknesses. They call you Psycho; at least that’s what your patch says. To me… you’re Saoirse Maguire. You’re human. You bleed just as I bleed.
The War Queen wipes the blood from her finger across her hoodie.
War Queen Leah: Saoirse, you know I respect what you’ve done. I also know that I’ve earned the respect of not only your wife but several other members of the Shieldmaiden. This match isn’t about respect. It’s not about pleasantries. It’s not about taking into consideration the other person. You stand in the way of something I want; something I wholeheartedly know you will do everything you can to retain. Your wife and I left it all out there recently and she walked away with the victory. For a moment, only a moment, I thought all momentum I had was gone. I doubted myself. Well, the time for doubting has come and gone. It is my mission to walk out of Mile High Spectacular 2 as the NEW Mile High Wrestling Hardcore Champion.
Leah rises up from the chair, gripping her barbed wire contraption with both hands. She is fully prepared for her match against Psycho and welcomes any and all the pain that she will endure.
War Queen Leah: That is not me underestimating you in the slightest bit. After Ammo I have seen full well what you are capable of. What you did to Gabriel Ohio was downright heinous and you know what? I like it. Ohio deserved what was coming to him. If someone came after my husband or my sister you better believe the only way they are leaving that ring is in a body bag. That same aggression. That same belligerence I want you to bring it to Mile High Spectacular 2. There’s already so many big matches on the that card; whether it be the Mack explosion, a hair versus title match, crowning the first ever Mile High Cup recipient, the epic throwdown of Skrabz versus Tyke Index. I fully expect for people to turn away from Mile High Spectacular 2 with only one opinion about this match between you and I and that opinion is, “HOLY F***!!!”
The War Queen slowly walk away from the chair and into another portion of the yard. A firepit starts to come into view as she gets closer and closer.
War Queen Leah: Now don’t go clouding your mind with the likes of Gabriel Ohio. You disposed of him and even though, naturally, that bastard will resurface one day your match is with me. The War Queen should be your focus. Leah should be the one on your mind day and night for the next week. If not, well… well you better be prepared to just hand that title over to me. Believe me, I don’t want to win it that way either. I want the full Psycho and I want to EARN the right to be called the new MHW Hardcore Champion. See you soon, Saoirse.
Leah reaches down near the firepit and pulls up some lighter fluid. Dousing the 2x4 with lighter fluid The War Queen smirks over at the camera. The 2x4 is lowered into the firepit just long enough to become engulfed in flames.
War Queen Leah: Both me and my friend want to get well acquainted.
The War Queen shoots another smile at the camera as the scene slowly fades out to black and switches to a graphic for Mile High Spectacular 2.

It had been not even twenty-four hours since Bruiser had taken her frustrations out on a guy named Bianchi in a cabin behind closed doors and (insert amount of time here) from when Psycho had done the same to Gabriel Ohio on a live television broadcast for Mile High Wrestling. As they return from a workout in preparation for their respective matches on Sunday, Psycho steps into the bathroom while Bruiser steps into the larger bedroom. Psycho walks over to the sink, placing her hands on the counter on either side and nods to herself more than anything else.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: It nay bae rael…. it nay bae rael…. it nay bae rael….
Se squeezes her eyes closed so as not to look anywhere else in the room.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: It nay bae rael…. it nay bae rael… it nay bae rael…
She takes a deep breath and slowly opens her eyes.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: No… no…. no, no, no, no, no, no…
She steps back from the mirror and shakes her head animatedly.
Unable to take it anymore, Psycho rears back and punches the mirror, smashing a fist-sized compression fracture into the glass. Stepping back, breathing heavily, she looks down at her fist to see blood trickling off of it, a piece of glass tumbling out of the fracture into the sink. Psycho moves her gaze from her fist to the sink and seizes the glass shard in her left hand. Moments later, the bathroom door swings open and Bruiser enters, a look of concern on her face.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: What the fuck are ya doin’ in--
She pauses when she notices the smashed mirror, the blood trickling down her wife’s hand and the glass shard in her other hand.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Oh, Sorsh…
Bruiser carefully takes the glass shard from Psycho’s hand and drops it into the sink before embracing her with a hug.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Everythin’ is gonna be okay, babe… I’m here…
Psycho starts to blink in her wife’s embrace.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: They were so… rael….
She looks into the now broken mirror and shakes her head at the diozens of images of herself looking back at her.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I cud sae ‘em…. I cud haer ‘em laughin’...
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: I know, I know… but even if they were real, I’m here… and I’ll make sure nothin’ ever happen to ya. Understand?
Psycho turns back to her wife and looks into her eyes.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: I don’t know, Sorsh. I ain’t a doctor. Maybe ya’ll need to see a psychiatrist or somethin’? I’m not sayin’ ya’ll are crazy… but… ya’ll have been through a lot… and that rat bastard, Ohio, forced a lot o’ painful memories back up to the surface.
Psycho nods slowly.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I cud haer them laughin’ wit him, Bex. I cud haer ‘em… an’ then he threatened RJ… an’ I…
She shakes her head grimly.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I cudna let tha happen!
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: I know, and now he ain’t ever gonna do it. If that fuckin’ scumbag ever rears his ugly head again in Mile High, he ain’t just gonna have to deal with ya’ll, but he’s gonna have to deal with me as well. Nobody is gonna hurt our son… ever!
Psycho nods slowly.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: It bae scarin’ me, Bex… I hit him… an’ I hit him… an’ I didna wanna stop….
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: I know the feelin’, I was the same when I was beatin’ the fuck outta Bianchi. Everythin’ is gonna be okay though…
Psycho looks away.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Am I fit tae bae RJ’s mum?
Bruiser takes hold of Psycho’s chin with her hand to make sure she’s looking at her.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: O’ course ya are! And I ain’t gonna hear any different! Ya’ll have been there for him more than Allie ever was and more than I was when I was bound to a fuckin’ wheelchair! Ya’ll are the best Mom he’s ever had!
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Bae ye sure o’ tha, Lass? I dinna wanna bae whot drag him down…
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: I’m as sure about that as I was when I asked ya’ll to be my wife, Sorsh. Ya won’t drag him down, we’re raisin’ him the best we can and will continue to do so.
Bruiser embraces her wife again, rubbing her back to console her.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: I’m never ever gonna fuckin’ leave ya. I made a promise to God but most importantly ya’ll that no matter what happens? Through sickness and in health, that I will be by ya’lls side until the day I fuckin’ die.
Psycho hugs back tightly, shaking as she does so.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I jess dinna wanna let ye down… ye, RJ, Eef, Shonn, th’ Maidens… ye all bae me family…
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: And ya’ll never will let us down, I promise.
Psycho looks back at the mirror and shakes her head.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I’m gonna get us thrown out now o’ dis hotel, aren’t I?
Bruiser looks at the mirror as well and then looks down at her wife’s hand, a small pool of blood has since formed on the floor.
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: No, I’ll explain that it was an accident and take care o’ the damages… but first we need to get that hand wrapped up before ya’ll lose more blood.
Psycho nods, now sobbing uncontrollably.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I’m sorry….
Becca "Bruiser" Maguire: Sshh… it’s not ya’lls fault, Sorsh. Now let me take care o’ that hand… I love ya’ll… ya hear me?
Psycho nods, looking almost childlike as she does so.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I love ye, Bex!
Thursday, September 12, 2019 Hotel Room Denver, Colorado 7:02 AM MDT
As Psycho returns to her room from a morning run, her phone rings. She streips off her sweat-soaked clothes and sits down on a chair to answer it.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Aye?
The familiar and soothing voice of her elder brother and Chrome Dragon member, Shonn, meets her ears.
Shonn Maguire: How ye bae, Lass?
Psycho smiles and leans forward.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Shonn…
Shonn Maguire: Aye, I bae Shonn… ye bae Sorsh… tha bae th’ trute…
Psycho can’t help but smile.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Did Bex bae callin’ ye then?
Shonn’s voice turns inquisitive and partially concerned.
Shonn Maguire: She dinna bae callin’, should she have?
Psycho sighs heavily.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Ye bae seein’ AMMO then?
Going quiet for a second, Shonn thinks things over allowing Psycho to sit there waiting for the lecture to begin.
Shonn Maguire: How many?
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: How many?
Shonn Maguire: Countin’ th’ one on AMMO, how many?
Psycho’s frown only deepens as her confusion grows.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Whot ye bae talkin’ ‘bout, Shonn?
The answer comes almost immediately.
Shonn Maguire: How many times have ye baen saein’ tings? How many o’ th’ episodes ye baen havin’?
Psycho nods slowly, closing her eyes in shame.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Countin’ th’ one wit Ohio?
Shonn Maguire: Aye!
Psycho nods slowly again.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I had a second one yasterday… punched th’ mirror in me room…
Shonn goes silent again in contemplation.
Shonn Maguire: Ye bae hurtin’ yerself?
Psycho shakes her head.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Cut me hand a li’l but isnay tha bad…th’ poor mirror bae donfer…
Shonn Maguire: How bae Bex handlin’ it?
Psycho take a deep breath and purses her lips.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: She walked in an’ saw me holdin’ a shard…
Shonn Maguire: At yer wrist?
Shaking her head, Psycho sighs again.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I wasnay cuttin’ meself but it probably did look I was tae Bex…
She pauses and then frowns.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Or, at laest like I was considerin’ it.
Shonn Maguire: How bad was th’ shame?
Psycho bows her head.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I wish I cud crawl intae a hole right now! She dinna maen tae have it, but she got tha look in her eye, like she’s worried I’m gonna do sumtin’ tae meself bae it cuttin’, or druggin’ or… worse…
She squeezes her eyes shut and bites her bottom lip.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: How am I gonna bae fightin’ Leah if I kinna bae gettin’ me head intae th’ game, Shonn? It’s baen four days an’ I’m nay ready tae get in the ring wit her and trodown like normal at all! I’m terrified tha th’ next time I open me eyes, I’m gonna bae saein’ tha door agin…
Shonn sighs heavily.
Shonn Maguire: I kin bae tellin’ ye right now, th’ Children o’ Nephilim bae a li’l busy right now. They dinna have any doors fer ye at th’ moment.
Psycho frowns, her eyes opening as she does so.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: How ye bae knowin’ this?
Now it was Shonn’s turn to be slightly ashamed.
Shonn Maguire: I saw them this waek… in th’ bloody flesh, quite literally. I helped set up a fight. Bloody riot broke out…
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Bae Rynn an’ Ash bae there too?
Shonn’s voice brightens.
Shonn Maguire: Aye, they were…
Psycho starts to smile, stopping herself before asking if she’s being premature.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: An’ they bae…?
Shonn Maguire: They bae fine, Sorsh, but I dinna call tae talk about them…
Psycho nods in acknowledgement.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I bae alright. Bex, Bullet an’ Jackie bae takin’ care o’ th’ mirror problem so I kin try an’ focus on Leah on Sunday.
Shonn Maguire: Whot ye bae knowin’ ‘bout this Leah?
Psycho sits up, suddenly focused on answering her brother.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: She bae from Chicago. She’s baen in th’ ring wit Bex, Sam, Jackie an’ Bullet already. They all said she fights like th’ bloody devil!
Shonn Maguire: An’ from whot ye bae saein’, ye belaeve them then?
Psycho nods sharply.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Aye, tha I do. She saems hungry an’ aeger tae get in there wit me an’ swing some heavy shite! She aeven had a flamin’ two b’four in her fuckin’ promo!
Shonn Maguire: An’ this is after whot ye did tae Ohio?
Psycho nods in response.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Aye, it bae th’ nax day, I tink.
Shonn snickers again.
Shonn Maguire: Then I say ye bae naedin tae take tha shillelagh o’ yers an’ fight like yer baein’ chased by th’ fuckin’ devil! Ye know whot bae happenin’ if ye jes bae gettin intae a kickfest wit her an ye bae knowin’ tha isnay gonna bae happenin if she bae as smart an’ good as ye all tink she is!
Psycho nods slowly, her thoughts starting to focus more and more as the seconds tick by.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Aye… ye bae right, Shonn. I do bae naedin’ tae fight like tha…
Shonn Maguire: Ye bae soundin’ batter already there, Sorsh…
Psycho manages a genuine smile.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Aye, tha bae true as well. Tank ye, Shonn. I naeded ye.
Shonn’s voice takes on an almost paternal tone.
Shonn Maguire: I love ye, Sorsh. Ye kin bae doin’ this!
Psycho nods, visibly touched by her brother’s words.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I love ye too, Shonn.
The call ends and she stares at the phone in disbelief.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: How…?
She shakes her head, smiling in disbelief.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: How did ye bae knowin’ tha was jes whot I naeded, Shonn?
She sets the phone down, stands up and heads into the shower to get ready to go train for her upcoming Hardcore Championship defense.
Saturday, September 14, 2019 Hotel Meeting Room Denver, Colorado 11:10 AM MDT
The camera opens on “Psycho” Saoirse Maguire as she walks into the meeting room the Shieldmaidens have been borrowing all week. She walks over to a chair by the wall and sits down to allow the camera to get a full look at her. The camera pans up from her black stiletto boots to her torn blue jeans and then to her red crop top and Shieldmaidens kutte with her mohawk haircut in full effect.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I should bae tankin’ ye, Leah. Me brother called me after whot happened at AMMO wit Ohio an’ he got me tae pull me head from me arse where ye were concerned. I will admit, Ohio gave me a bit o’ a detour from where me focus should have baen…
She nods to the camera.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Ye bae takin’ th’ place by storm, Lass. Ye walk in an’ got erryone talkin’ especially me sister Maidens. Bullet, Bandit, Sam an’ me wife all tell me ye’ll bae th’ challenge this championship has baen beggin’ fer since it was created!
Pausing, she nods her agreement.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I have tae admit, they jes might bae right, especially since it looked like the comp’ny wanted tae set me up wit Gabriel Ohio agin an’ while tha would sound great on paper...
Psycho shrugs almost apologetically.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I tink I fucked tha plan up fer them when I knocked him th’ fuck out tree times in a row an’ then baet th’ everlovin’ devil right outta him at AMMO an ye bae right…
She nods in agreement again.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Tha big gammy gowl will bawe back an’ he will bae lookin’ fer me agin an’ when he does...
She stands up and walks over to the table where her blackthorne shillelagh is laying there looking up at her. She picks it up and makes sure the camera notices it still has blood on it.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I’ll bae waitin fer him…
She pauses, snickering to herself as she does.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Assuming Bex doesnay get tae him first. She’s jes a li’l agigated…
Catching herself, she shakes her head harshly.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Oi, fuck it, she’s fuckin’ pissed th’ bloody fuck off at him an’ if I had nay done whot I done, she would bae lookin’ fer him wit weapons tha would carry jailtime jes fer possessin’ in most states!
She turns to look at her shillelagh.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: This…
Psycho nods to the weapon as if it was bestowed upon her by God himself.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: This bae jes a li’l different, yeah?
She takes a long, loving look at the shillelagh, gazing upon it as if she had constructed it with her own hands.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: An’ I saw ye bae havin’ a favorite toy tae play wit as well…
Psycho nods before smiling into the camera.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Tha bae good, Lass.
She nods again and then sets the shillelagh back down onto the table.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: There bae no tellin’ whot all we will bae findin’ tae play wit in this match. They bae wantin’ us to go tae war an’ ye baein’ th’ War Queen, I kinna sae ye givin’ any less than tha!
She stares at the shillelagh and then runs her hand along the handle.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: So th’ question baecome, whot are we gonna bae doin’ about this li’l problem?
Looking up, she shrugs, smirking cruelly before her face suddenly becomes a mask of absolute fury.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: I’ll tell ye whot we bae doin’! We are gonna walk tae tha ring an’ we are gonna baet th’ livin’ devil outta each other until errybody watchin’ begs us tae stop! We’re gonna grab ennithin tha nay bae nailed down an’ use it to shwo th’ worl tha two women tha look like us can go balls tae th’ wall better than all thaese supposed badasses tha Ropbert Mack kaeps bringin’ in from HCW!
She points from herself to the camera and back again repeatedly.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Ye an’ I, Leah, we are gonna prove tae Robert Mack, tae Lance Mikes, tae Tyke Index, tae th’ fuckin’ devil hisself tha they dinna naed tae bae lookin’ ennywhere else baecause we already have th’ hardest o’ th’ hardcore right haer in us!
Pounding the table with her fist, Psycho glares angrily into the camera.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Ye haer me, Robert Mack? Ye dinna naed tae find ennyone else! Ye have the makin’s o’ whot ye wanted right aher wit me, wit Leah, wit Sam, wit everybody ye already have on th’ roster! Ye brought in yer big bloody tosser o’ a ringer in Gabriel Ohio an’ I sent him off like a wee babe tae his mum! Th’ war Queen an’ th’ psycho are gonna show th’ whole fuckin’ world tha when it comes tae hardcore…
She reaches over and picks up the Mile High Hardcore Championship belt and shows it to the camera.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: We got ye fuckin’ covered right haer!
Setting the championship on her shoulder, Psycho sways back and forth as she glares into the camera.
"Psycho" Saoirse Maguire: Come on, Leah, let’s make us some fuckin’ magic an’ show them all whot crazy raelly looks like!

Bruiser: We have two shows every other week in Ammo and ThrowDown as well as PPV's. The championship system works through a win/loss percentage and you have to have at least 5 matches to go for a title and 10 to go for the top title.
