⌜N E X T GENERATION⌟
Denver, Colorado | 2;45pm Local Dive Bar
The scenes open up a few days after the debut of.. 'Next Generation' Luke Corvo. After his first win.. Luke decided it was time for a celebration before his next fight. He traveled to the nearest dive bar for a quick drink. As he enters, he recognizes a few people from the show. Luke, grabs a seat near the bar.
Bartender | Gemi Hello, what can I get for you, Sir?
Next Generation | Luke Corvo Jack and coke, please.
Bartender | Gemi Here you go, anything else.. please me know.
Next Generation | Luke Corvo Thank You!
Luke nods to the bar tender then chugs down his drink. As he finishes, a older man in a suit pulls up a chair next too him and orders himself the same drink and one for Nick Corvo.
Good Samaritan | Cody 'No Deal' Hendrix Nick, my name is.. Cody...
Nick.. raises his arm.. causing the man to stop in mid-sentence.
Next Generation | Luke Corvo Cody.. 'No Deal' Hendrix, I know exactly who you are and what you're about.
Good Samaritan | Cody 'No Deal' Hendrix Ah. that's good. Then I don's have to waste time. I'll cut to the chase. I witnessed your match last night. I do see something in you. An upside. However, if you want to make good money. I need you to sign me as your agent and listen to my directions. I can make you a very rich man in a in a pond of great wrestlers.
Next Generation | Luke Corvo
Yeah? You want to take me out of this promotion and get me signed with a company that is willing to pay big time money? Merchandise and popularity?
Good Samaritan | Cody 'No Deal' Hendrix Damn straight!
Bartender | Gemi Everything OK, Gentleman?
Next Generation | Luke Corvo
Yes, he's just leaving..
Good Samaritan | Cody 'No Deal' Hendrix Luke, don't make a mistake you can't take back!
Luke.. hand's the bartender a Twenty then grabs his jacket to leave the bar. As he reaches the outside door the scenes fade.
⌜Round 2 | Statement Match⌟
Chris Most.. Last week, it was four people who burned the house down. This week. It's one on one. As I stated before.. and I will continue to embrace this. I see talent oozing from you. You and your partner took the lose but let's be honest. It was the ladies who got the action kicked off. This week, there will be no tagging in or out. There won't get any excuses. Hell, you can't run or hide. I will prove once again.. I am the show stopper Mile High Wrestling is raving about.
You see something, Chris Mosh. I think after this fight.. You will consider putting the 'Party' to the back burner and focus on your career. Maybe.. just maybe you can put a statement on a long.. career you currently tarnishing. Chris, I will make an exception this week. You prove too me, you prove that you're work hard, study some film and put together a proper match.. I might take you under my wing and make you into a champion. No more .. Partying. No more.. girls. That.. extra stuff, it can wait until your career is over.
Look at the talent on the roster. Look at their achievements. You can be just like them, like me. All you have to do is listen closely and pay attention. It's a privilege each and every night to perform in the middle of the ring for these fans. It's a privilege to see the love, hate and excitement each night. Before and after the events. Chris, if you don't want to take my words into consideration.. I'll be forced to make an example out of you. You know.. as well as the rest of the roster.. I mean business.
But in-case you're mind isn't right.. you decide to act like a little bitch party boy. This match will be a statement match for me. I will end you pretty face. When I rise to the pinnacle of the mountain. You will be opening shows and dressing in the closet with the rest of the jobbers. This is franchise-making match for you, Chris Mosh. Do what you feel is best for you. Rise to the top of fall to the gutter. It's under your feet now. But remember, there is no exoneration for the dumb move.. but absolution for the right move. The ball is in your court.

*Cameras are watching Luke Corvo’s promo as the promo ends, the camera show “The Party Boy” Chris Mosh watching the promo shaking his head*
Mosh: first thing, first what the hell did I do to piss you off, two when did I run or hide during the match last week, and three I though you followed my career but you know nothing about me.
Fist like I said what did I do to piss you off, did I prove that I’m talented, that I’m not all party, that I can actually wrestle, or is that I love the fans, what is it I really want to know because I have not said anything bad about you.
Two I don’t remember running or hiding at all in the match, I don’t remember one time I have hid or ran during a match. I don’t’ care if the person is taller and bigger then me or they are smaller then me I stand my ground and fight because that is what we do in this business.
Third, you said last week that you have watched my career but if you did then you would know all about me, plus you would know about my life, and if you watched last weeks promo on the show you would know that my life is way more then just parties and girls because you would know that I have a girl, and she is actually the mother of my two kids, so I have other things to worry about besides that.
Now Luke, how do you enter this and want to take me under you wing, I have been wrestling for years, I have won titles, so I don’t need to be under anyone’s wing, plus you have not proved anything in Mile High Wrestling, yes you won your first match here but like you said it was the women who took that match, you and me were just side notes in that match, so if you proved anything you proved that you can wrestle, at least I have proved myself because this is my third match in the third show of Mile High Wrestling and hell I have put on great shows, so keep watching your videos of me and admire what you like about me, watch me so if I slip up you can take advantage because if you don’t, maybe I will give you a reason to hate me.
*Chris smirks*
Mosh: Now over to someone else. I want to send a message to my good friend Wavy Crockett. Now Wavy, you think you’re a man
*Chris laughs*
Mosh: you want to say stuff, well how bout you say that stuff you said to my face, I walk pass you every week and so if you want to say something this week, say it to me when I walk pass you, if not then you can sit behind that desk and keep you mouth shut and if you want to talk again after that fact, I will come out so you can say that stuff to my face because this week I won’t leave early, so Wavy I hope you have a lot to get off your chest because next time you want to talk you will need a computer
*Chris smiles and winks at the camera*
