Ray Hudson
Welcome everyone to this special edition of Mile High AMMO; where we will be confirming the winners of ALL the MHW 2019 Awards that YOU voted for over Twitter.
Ginger Knox
That's right! And I'm Ginger Knox!
Ray Hudson
Ummm... and I'm Ray Hudson!
Ginger Knox
You already said that, Ray.
Ray Hudson
No I didn't actually...
Ginger Knox
You're so funny. I love it! In tonight's main event we will see Skrabz defend the ThrowDown Championship to Bandit.
Ray Hudson
What? No...
Ginger Knox
Stop making me laugh so much, Ray. You're such a funny guy.
Ray Hudson
There's no main event tonight, Ginger. And Skrabz doesn't even have the ThrowDown Title.
Ginger Knox
Hahahaha! Stop it!
Ray Hudson
Folks, later tonight we will be reliving one more match from 2019 that didn't air on the special Best of 2019 episode last Sunday. But for now, we're going to take a quick commercial break before we start announcing the winners of the 2019 Awards.
Ginger Knox
And when we come back, we have more action for you when Azurine Vebbins and Dolores finally go one on one. Right here at The Rise of the Phoenix!
Ray Hudson
Oh my...
IN STUDIO
Ray Hudson
Welcome back to this special edition of Mile High AMMO,and I am now being joined by the one and only Robert Mack.
Robert Mack
Yeah, and I just had to let Ginger Knox go.
Ray Hudson
Yeah, that was a very awkward moment.
Robert Mack
I wanted to try her out on commentary, because she couldn't win a match to save her life. But damn, she didn't know what the hell she was talking about.
Ray Hudson
So let's announce these winner shall we? And with how disappointing Ginger's knowledge of MHW was, let's start with "Biggest Disappointment of the Year".
Robert Mack
Recently everyone was disappointed Skrabz retained the gold again at Black Magic. But that's because he is the GOAT. The nominees for Biggest Disappointment are for superstars who came in with all the hype but just couldn't back that hype up.
Ray Hudson
The nominees were Agustin Gates, Lance Mikes, Finn Whelan, and that mysterious group known as Stigma.
Robert Mack
Lance Mikes actually won some matches against me. But when it was time for him to step in the ring with the active roster, he folded like an accordion.
Ray Hudson
We definately can't forget the time he was booked against Skrabz, and then backed out with the quickness. What was his "injury", Rob? Fear?
Robert Mack
Something like that. But who actually won this award, Ray?
Ray Hudson
Agustin Gates got the most votes.
Robert Mack
I definately agree with that one. I remember signing this guy when all that hype first formed around him, and I was stoked. But he turned out to be the biggest joke in professional wrestling. Him and his whole family. But how about that "Commentator of the Year". I wonder if you got that one, buddy...?
Ray Hudson
Well, the nominees were were myself, Jen Vallejos, Wavy Crockett, and RJ Smith.
Robert Mack
Definately no nomination for Ginger Knox eh?
Ray Hudson
Nope. And my partner in crime Wavy Crockett got the most votes. So congrats to Wavy!
Robert Mack
Always keeping attention on himself, for sure. Lord have mercy if that man ever gets a Twitter.
Ray Hudson
And the nominees for "Shopzone Item of the Year" were the Reaper Mask replica, the Mile High Wrestling Video Game, the Candi Bratton DVD, and that famous Tyke Index "Real Friends Answer The Phone" T-Shirt.
Robert Mack
And that darn video game won the most votes. Have you gotten a chance to play it, Ray?
Ray Hudson
I did. Pretty basic, but cool to see our people in video game form. I heard that second game is supposed to be super cool. Set for a summer release, is it?
Robert Mack
Indeed. And then we had "Theme Music of the Year". Some pretty cool tunes here in MHW. But we only chose ones that debuted this year. Those nominees were Chris Mosh's cold hearted theme song, Zombie's masterful music, Sports Entertainment Xpress's hyped song, and Samson's creepy tune.
Ray Hudson
I don't really think his tune is creepy. Just him in general. But the winner was that remake of the 90's hit "Zombie". So congratulations to Zombie for winning this award.
Robert Mack
One of my favorite wrestlers in MHW. And a very fitting theme song, for sure.
Ray Hudson
The nominees for "Podcast of the Year" were Mile High UnCut, Heartbreak Hotel, Coke Mountain, and The EFed Podcast.
Robert Mack
And Coke Mountain actually pulled out the most votes. So congratulation to them for that. Awesome podcast!
Ray Hudson
And to get more votes than The EFed Podcast? That's amazing!
Robert Mack
Surely. How about that "Finishing Move of the Year"? The nominees were Skrabz' Mic Check, Tyke's Coke Mountain, Reaper's 1,000 Screams, and Psycho's Gealtachta.
Ray Hudson
And talking about the Coke Mountain podcast, Tyke Index's Coke Mountain finisher got the most votes. So congrats to Tyke Index for this award!
Robert Mack
It didn't stop Skrabz, but its definately put out half the MHW roster.
Ray Hudson
That's for sure! And the nominees for "Manager of the Year" were Jansen Myrrh's former manager Paul Banter, Reaper's representative in Aloysius Marcus Vance IV, Zombie's wife Lexi Pelligrini, and Sam's husband Joseph Hunter.
Robert Mack
Joseph used to be a wrestler here in MHW. I wonder where he would be today if he would have stuck it out.
Ray Hudson
I don't know, but I know he didn't get Manager of the Year. Instead, Aloysius Marcus Vance IV pulled out the most votes.
Robert Mack
I agree with that one 100%. Reaper is a force to be reckoned with, but Aloysius Marcus Vance IV definately brings that extra spice to the superstar.
Ray Hudson
And the nominees for "AMMO Superstar of the Year" were "Mr. AMMO" Chris Mosh, Ripley, "Evil" Emily Falls, and Alastair Frost.
Robert Mack
And the AMMO Television Champion himself pulled out the most votes for that one.
Ray Hudson
Definately well deserved. The fans hit the nail on the head with that one!
Robert Mack
Let's talk about the "Special Event of the Year", Ray. We witnessed Mile High Spectacular 1 and 2, Rise Again, and Black Magic. I was shocked to see Black Magic won those votes. So many negative reactions when it was all said done.
Ray Hudson
But it really shows you that while wrestling fans may hate something, it's usually actually golden.
Robert Mack
Yep. They dont tune in each week because we dont know how to run a wrestling show. They tune in because we know exactly what we are doing. Black Magic was magic.
Ray Hudson
And talking about the bad feedback we got for Black Magic, one of those was Skrabz retaining the Championship again. People want people who aren't good enough to be champion to be champion, and that's exactly why Skrabz retaining the belt on two separate occasions got nominated for "Controversy of the Year".
Robert Mack
Yezzir. When he retained in that Fatal Five Way on an episode of ThrowDown, and when he retained at Black Magic. But also nominated was when Ricky Stanton defeated Zombie at Black Magic, AND when the Coven attacked the Shieldmaidens when they first formed publicly.
Ray Hudson
And Skrabz retaining at Black Magic actually won that. So congrats to Skrabz for being the most controversial superstar in MHW.
Robert Mack
This one shocked me too. I remember a lot more people were pissed off about that Coven situation. But the fans have spoken!
Ray Hudson
I guess eventually people warmed up to the Coven. Just like I'm starting to warm back up to the winner of "Twitter Star of the Year". The nominees were Azurine Vebbins, Jansen Myrrh, Zombie, and "Pretty" Ricky Stanton. And Azurine Vebbins won that vote.
Robert Mack
2020 has got to be the Hardheaded Housewife's year. Let's win some more gold, baby!
Ray Hudson
How about "Moment of the Year", Rob?
Robert Mack
Those nominees were when Dana Ellis survived Reaper at Episode 27, when
Coven revealed themselves on Episode 23, when Dolores turned Azzurine Vebbins into a doll at Black Magic, and when Candi Bratton was the surprise Special Guest Referee for the 'Azurine vs Gates' match at Mile High Spectacular 2.
Ray Hudson
All awesome moments, but as we talked about earlier... everyone must've warmed up to that Coven debut because Coven got the most votee for this one.
Robert Mack
Congrats, Coven. Maybe you guys can be the ones to end the Shieldmaidens reign as Tag Team Champions?
Ray Hudson
And then we had "Rivalry of the Year". Those nominees were 'Solomon Cain vs Ricky Stanton', 'Jansen Myrrh vs Zombie', 'the Shieldmaidens vs Coven', and 'Skrabz vs Tyke Index'.
Robert Mack
And congratulation to Skrabz and Tyke Index, because the fans voted for you two as THAT rivalry.
Ray Hudson
Two Special Event main event matches, back to back.
Robert Mack
It got so intense, Tyke had to leave to rediscover himself. Which leads us to "Match of the Year". 'Skrabz vs Tyke Index' from Mile High Spectacular 2 was nominated, along with 'Zombie vs Jansen Myrrh' at Mile High Spectacular 2, the Caged Turmoil from Black Magic, and 'Skrabz vs Azurine Vebbins' from Episode 22.
Ray Hudson
And Skrabz and Tyke Index won that award too.
Robert Mack
The two hottest stars in MHW, surely.
Ray Hudson
How about that "Tag Team of the Year"?
Robert Mack
You know I wanted to just give this one to the Shieldmaidens, at first. But I went ahead and let the fans vote.
Ray Hudson
The Shieldmaidens, Sports Entertainment Xpress, Double Team Ihari, and Da Brix City Boyz were the nominees. And the Shieldmaidens won anyways.
Robert Mack
Absolutely no argument there. And then we had "Breakout Star of the Year". Those nominees were Psycho, Reaper, Gabriel Ohio, and "The War Queen" Leah.
Ray Hudson
That was a tough vote for me, but in the end most fans went with The War Queen.
Robert Mack
Our new Hardcore Champion. What a year for Leah!
Ray Hudson
And finally we had "Superstar of the Year". The nominees were the MHW Ultimate and MHW Phoenix Champion Skrabz...
Robert Mack
Mr. Tyke Index...
Ray Hudson
That Lost Child Solomon Cain...
Robert Mack
The inaugural Phoenix Champion Bullet...
Ray Hudson
Former ThrowDown Champion Zombie...
Robert Mack
And Jansen Myrrh!
Ray Hudson
The fans spoke, and Tyke Index wins this award.
Robert Mack
You'd think Skrabz would've won it, but when you sit back and think about it, other than the fact that Tyke Index ran off recently, he has definately had quite the year.
Ray Hudson
Yes. He won the Phoenix Championship, headlined two Special Events, and had one of the most talked about matches at each of the other Special Events.
Robert Mack
Hopefully we see Tyke back in the MHW ring in 2020.
Ray Hudson
Time will tell, Rob.
Robert Mack
And now we'll take a break, and when AMMO returns we will take one more look back at 2019. And then we'll see you next year with Episode 28 of MHW ThrowDown!

Mile High Wrestling
Episode 22
Sunday, September 1, 2019
"Problem" by Postmodern Jukebox begins playing throughout the arena.
Ray Hudson
It is finally time for our main event!!
Wavy Crockett
Dat Azz versus Dat Azz Gedda.
Ray Hudson
You wanna know how I know you're gay?
Wavy Crockett
Look atchu...
"The Adorkable Angel" Azurine Vebbins has a solitary spotlight follow her from the entrance ramp to the northern-facing ring apron.
Meozha Zhanae
The following match is the main event of the night and is for one fall!!! Making her way to the ring first... weighing in at 115 pounds..... residing in Malibu, California....... "The Adorkable Angel" Azurine Vebbins!!!
Along the way, Ms. Vebbins pirouettes, skanks, and twirls like a whirling dervish down to the ring.
Ray Hudson
Since Mile High returned, superstars kept bringing up this match from XWO where Azurine Vebbins defeated Skrabz. Tonight we see the match in a wrestling company that matters.
Wavy Crockett
Yeah, cause I ain't never heard of no XWO.
Ray Hudson
Well it happened. Didn't last long though. Nonetheless, this is where wrestling counts to us.
Azurine keeps dancing until getting onto the northern ringside apron and climbing through the middle and bottom ring ropes. Upon entering the ring, she dutifully awaits referee instruction.
Wavy Crockett
Why all the beautiful women in Mile High gotta like what I like? Does Rob only hire dykes?
Tempa T's "Next Hype" starts to play, the beat builds for ten seconds and then Skrabal Stanzas can be heard saying "Are you dizzy blud?". The beat explodes and Tempa T immediately comes in with his lyrics.
♫♫♫
"What kind of things that you have
When I find out don't expect me to stop
I'll come for the P's that you stack
And come for all the food that you plot
Better hand over the bag
Your boys don't wanna see you shot
If I kick down the door to your flat
Dun Know I'll clear out your house on the spot"
♫♫♫

♫♫♫
Skrabal Stanzas comes walking out from the back and poses with his arms stretched out, holding the Mile High Wrestling strap in his right hand.
♫♫♫
"CLEAR! All the things in your house
CLEAR! All the things in your fridge
SMASH! All your plates from your rack
CLEAR! All of your kids' toys
CLEAR! All of your CD rack
Won't get none of your CD's back"
♫♫♫

♫♫♫
Meozha Zhanae
And her opponent... weighing in at 235 pounds..... from London, England....... he is the Mile High Wrestling Champion... Skrabz!!!
Skrabz throws the strap over his shoulder and walks to the ring, his slow but deliberate swagger in direct contrast with the hype beat and aggressive lyrics.
♫♫♫
"I have to punch up guys
Guys try it with me, I don't know why
Bax! Pax man straight in his eyes
They floored me, I was looking at the sky
Par! Now I have to go blind
That boy there I swear he gonna die
You're not bad you're a mug don't think you're a guy
When I slap man you won't be alright"

♫♫♫
Skrabz walks up the steps and climbs into the ring, handing his belt over to the referee. He stands in the corner of the ring and leans back against the turnbuckle with his arms folded across his chest as the music fades out.
Ray Hudson
Skrabz has a lot of critics. They don't like the fact that he is the top guy. But one thing is for sure, there's no politics in Mile High. Until someone can stop this guy, he's going to be the champion. So people will have to just keep hating.
Wavy Crockett
Unless I challenge him for the title next week on AMMO.
Ray Hudson
You wouldnt.
Wavy Crockett
You're right.
Match Official: Jack Glascock
Skrabz
vs
Azurine Vebbins
This was it; the main event of the final major show before the biggest event in Mile High Wrestling. This was the final main event in the Magness Arena, at least for a very long time.
In one corner you had the Mile High Wrestling Champion; Skrabz. And in the corner you had Mrs. Most Marketable; Azurine Vebbins. Two major superstars who have been around for the majority of the company's time. Two of the first superstars to re-sign when we announced our return.
Never had this match happened in Mile High Wrestling, but many superstars brought up this match happening in another company called XWO.
At the start, Skrabz checked out Azurine and spit a little game, while Azurine paid no mind to it. She wanted to lock up and start the match. So the two locked up.
Skrabz quickly got behind her and began whispering something in her ear. Azurine threw her elbow back but Skrabz avoided it and pushed her away.
Skrabz bit his bottom lip looking at dat azz until Azurine turned around. Azurine walked to Skrabz and caught him with an open palm strike.
Skrabz rubbed his jaw and sent a mean forearm blow to Azurines face, knocking her on her ass. As Skrabz was talking trash to her, she reached up and pulled him down, hooking him into her Inverted Juji Gatame!
Skrabz quickly dragged himself to the ropes, and once she released the submission, he rolled out of the ring. The fans were all over the place with emotion already.
Skrabz turned around and looked out at the Magness Arena and the fans got louder. When he turned back to the ring, Azurine was coming down on him with her Springboard Double Axe Handle!!
The fans were going nuts!
Azurine got Skrabz back into the ring, and the fans started booing. That's when the cameras revealed Tyke Index was standing on the stage area watching the match.
Azurine shook her head at Tyke and rolled back into the ring. Skrabz instantly took her down with a snap ddt.
Skrabz then realized Tyke Index was watching close. Skrabz gave him the middle finger and turned back to Azurine, who was getting to her feet.
Skrabz gave The Adorkable Angel an eye rake across the top rope before she stumbled backwards into a corner. Skrabz quickly ran at her delivering a clothesline in the corner.
Azurine stumbled forward into a drop toe hold. Skrabz looks up the ramp at Tyke who was given him a thumbs up, letting Skrabz know he was doing a great job. Skrabz shakes his head and focuses back on Azurine, who is getting up.
As Skrabz goes to grab her, Azurine takes him down with a hip toss. Skrabz stumbles to his feet and is hit with a standing dropkick, making him stumble backwards into the ropes. He bounces back into a small suplex.
It takes no time for Azurine to hook Skrabz into a sleeper hold with a body scissors.
Skrabz starts rolling to the side like a crocodile, slinging Azurine off as she goes flying out of the ring under the bottom rope.
Skrabz rolls out of the ring, and as Azurine gets to her feet, Skrabz drops her right back down with a back body drop.
Tyke Index starts walking down the ramp as the fans boo loudly. Skrabz rolls Azurine back into the ring and then starts heading around the front to meet Tyke Index at the end of the ramp.
But Tyke puts his hands in the air and starts walking backwards. Skrabz realizes the referee has done made it to a count of six, and he gets back into the ring.
Azurine brings Skrabz down with a fireman's carry. Skrabz quickly gets back to his feet and Azurine drops him on his head with a Frankensteiner.
Azurine goes for a pin.
One
TwoKickout!
Azurine quickly sets Skrabz up for a Boston crab, and then locks him in. It doesn't take long for Skrabz to get to the ropes.
Azurine breaks the submission. As soon as Skrabz gets to his feet he sends a dropkick into The Hardheaded Housewife making her stumble backwards.
Skrabz then runs at her with a shoulder block, taking her down.
Skrabz stalks his prey until she gets to her feet and turns around into a Snare Clap!!!
But only the set up, as Azurine knees Skrabz in the stomach and reverses it into The Pearly Gatekeeper!!!
But Skrabz turns in mid air and lands behind Azurine and rolls her up into a small package.

She really just beat the man...
"Problem" by Postmodern Jukebox begins playing throughout the arena as the whole arena is in shock yet again.
Meozha Zhanae
And the winner of this match... Azurine Vebbins!!!
Ray Hudson
Even Meozha sounds uncomfortable announcing the winner.
Azurine Vebbins celebrates in the ring, as Skrabz sits against the ropes thinking about what just happened.
Wavy Crockett
This is a big deal...
Ray Hudson
But you know what..... she deserves it. She has been through a lot of ups and downs in Mile High Wrestling. She deserves this moment!
Wavy Crockett
You talking like she won the belt.
Ray Hudson
Not tonight. But one day. Soon.
Azurine Vebbins celebrates up the ramp as Skrabz still just sits there watching her, thinking.
Wavy Crockett
Skrabz is still trying to take this in. You think he was too focused on Jen?
Ray Hudson
No. Jen has a crush on Skrabz. We don't know if those two even talk.
Skrabz looks up the ramp, making eye contact with Azurine and acknowledges she defeated him, giving her a nod. The fans stand and applaud.
Wavy Crockett
Respect being shown.
Ray Hudson
There's got to be a rematch soon. Maybe with that belt on the line
Wavy Crockett
Well she obviously earned it with that pin.
Ray Hudson
Look at you all serious.
