Camera lights are flashing, as the press conference begins. A man in a suit is standing in front of the podium.
Man: Ladies and gentlemen... please welcome the founder of Mile High Wrestling..... Robert Mack!
The people in attendance applaud as Robert walks out onto the stage, putting his fist in the air. He steps in front of the podium and waits for everyone to calm.
Robert Mack: Thank you.
Robert grins, as he looks around at everyone. There's less than 50 people in this room.
Robert Mack: I would like to start by saying I am grateful...
Robert puts his hands together, like a prayer.
Robert Mack: I started my wrestling career back in 2001, and I'm still going. That's 17 years. Though my retirement should be coming shortly...
Robert nods, with a serious look.
Robert Mack: Because I want to put my focus into THIS brand of wrestling. I want to truly give back to the wrestling world, who gave to me. The world is full of politics. I want to have a company that is a family. A company where the employees are happy.
Robert laughs, slightly.
Robert Mack: I know, I know....you can't make EVERYONE happy. But I want to TRY.
Robert looks focused.
Robert Mack: Give these wrestlers a reason to show up every week. Give them a reason to evolve. Give them a reason to put their bodies on the line. Give them motivation!!!
Robert nods at the people applauding.
Robert Mack: Work hard, so you're employees have the motivation to work hard. Work with them!
Robert smirks.
Robert Mack: Mile High Wrestling will stream live on Stanton Media every Wednesday night. That begins one week from tonight. And my focus is to leave you not only entertained, but I want to leave you wanting more EVERY week. I want to give you top notch entertainment. I want my superstars to be just as entertained as you are, so that they love where they work.
Robert nods.
Robert Mack: Because then it will show in their work ethic. And that's what will make Mile High Wrestling great.
Robert reaches under the podium, and pulls out the Mile High Wrestling Championship. He holds it up for everyone to see, before setting it down on the podium.
Robert Mack: This is what they want. This is what they will fight for. This is the Mile High Wrestling Championship.
Robert raises an eyebrow.
Robert Mack: Will this be the only belt? I'm sure it won't. But right now, this is the one...
Robert looks around the audience.
Robert Mack: My superstars are all unique superstars. They each bring something special to this brand. I am honored to have them all. And I am excited to see where this ride will take us.
Robert raises an eyebrow, again.
Robert Mack: Are their any questions?
Hands go up, and Rob points at one.
Lady: I've heard you will have Pay-Per Views too. What will the first one be called, and when will it take place?
Robert Mack: One step at a time. I have no information for you, at this time.
Robert points at another person.
Man: Is it true that Jessica Buck has left Mile High Wrestling, already?
Robert smiles.
Robert Mack: She told me that she didn't want to be here, anymore. Everything was handled smoothly, and with respect. The door is open for her shall she change her mind. However, yes...she is no longer with my company, as of yesterday.
Robert points at another person.
Another Man: I saw you challenged HcW's Lance Mikes to come fight you at your first show, on Twitter. What happened with that?
Robert Mack: Well....nothing. Obviously.
Robert points at another person.
Man: With you wrestling for HcW, have you talked to any of the superstars about coming to your company?
Robert Mack: Probably not...
Robert raises his eyebrow, then shakes his head.
