Robert Mack is shown sitting in the living room of his house on a sofa, across from Mile High Wrestling Backstage Interviewer; Jordan Hagan.
Jordan Hagan: Well, today I have the amazing opportunity to sit with the owner of Mile High Wrestling; Robert Mack. How does it feel to be back, Rob?
Robert Mack: Amazing. It feels amazing. I always knew it would be back one day. But now that we are actually here? It's like we never left...
Jordan Hagan: The last time Mile High Wrestling was around, Katrina was running things, and you were on your death bed. Bring us back to that time. What was happening?
Robert Mack: Aww man. You know I was attacked by some guy, or chick, in a mask. I don't remember much about all that, of coarse. I just know I could have died. It was crazy. Someone really doesnt like me, or didnt like me back then. I dont know. I ruffled some feathers. It could have been anyone. People are real passionate about themselves. If things dont go their way, they act out like a spoiled child. They lose control of themselves. Their were many people who didnt like me. I did see the clip of that masked man standing with Katrina. That stung. I talked to her about it. We weren't getting along at all. We have since officially parted ways. We still talk though. We have kids together. But yeah, I dont know. I still dont have all the answrrs, myself.
Jordan Hagan: Tell us more about your relationship with Katrina.
Robert Mack: I don't hold grudges. Big or small. Ive moved on. It's just me running Mile High this time around. It seemed to me like she was trying to take my creation. She was going to let me die, brudda. So I can't trust her, ya know? But we communicate about our kids. I don't know what she's up to these days, on a personal level though.
Jordan Hagan: Take us back to when you decided to officially close Mile High Wrestling down.
Robert Mack: I had been out of my coma for a little bit. Brain was real fuzzy, but I was slowly gaining all my memory back. I just remember sitting there thinking about everything. And as far as Mile High was going, it was doing alright with ratings and money, but it was a big fucking tornado. When that drama went down with RJ, I admit I lost control of everything. The backstage area was a mess. I was just finally getting everything calm before I got attacked, and then I was attacked and in a coma. When I cane back to, I had lost my passion. It wasn't fair to the rest of the roster who were working their asses off. It was a tough call to make, but I did what I thought was right at the time. Who's to say if it was a bad call. All I know is we are back, and quite frankly...stronger than ever.
Jordan Hagan: So what made you decide to bring Mile High Wrestling back?
Robert Mack: It was always in the back of my head. I just wanted to make sure I was all in, when it happened. People were always asking me, and letting me know they'd be on board the moment I announced a return. The time was just right to me. And looking at where we are already, I see it was the right call.
Jordan Hagan: How do you feel about the few negative reactions you got on social media about Mile High Wrestling's return?
Robert Mack: Aww brudda, it's always going to happen. But it made me feel better. I mean, I feel bad that people are negative, and I wish I could help lift their spirits in some way. I don't want people to be unhappy. But in the end people only hate because they are passionate about it. So there's all the excitement about Mile High's return, and then there's the haters. But in the end they all care. And that's what's up.
Jordan Hagan: Did you expect everyone to jump back on board?
Robert Mack: Not everyone, no. But again, it shows how powerful Mile High really is. I'm thankful for that. The only two superstars who didnt re-sign were Jansen Myrrh and Abi Rose. Its crazy. But I'm thankful.
Jordan Hagan: How do you ultimately feel about your partnership with The SE Network?
Robert Mack: Love it. I know there's other networks out there. But I couldn't even tell you what they are called. It was a no brainer I was going to hit up Ricky and his people. He actually beat me to it, which is another good feeling. I'm thankful he thinks so highly of Mile High. I think highly of The SE Network. I don't watch much tv, so honestly The SE Network is the only network I know for sure is a network out there. I know they do business well. I wouldn't want any other network, no disrespect to other networks. Just saying.
Jordan Hagan: Will you be attending Samantha Hamilton's wedding?
Robert Mack: I was invited. I'll be there. She's had some choice words for me in the past. She's just a very passionate person. She's loyal to the Shieldmaidens, so she's going to stand up for them when things aren't going right for them. And shes definitely going to stand up for herself when things don't go right for her. Especially when she loses a match. She comes backstage pissed. But thats how passionate she is about winning. So even though she gets angry, I cant do anything but respect it. She's accused me of basically being a bad wrestling promoter, in the past, but we all have opinions. I don't hate her for her's. We have history. I'll be at her wedding.
Jordan Hagan: If you had to choose one past MHW superstar to bring back, who would it be?
Robert Mack: Maybe Candi or Forge. Candi Bratton because she was the first Mile High Wrestling Champion, and everything she did was golden. But maybe she did everything she needed to do. Forge on the other hand was money bags too. But I feel like his run was cut short in a major way. I wish he could come back and finish what he started. We'd both be richer, yeah.
Jordan Hagan: Would you bring back RJ Mitchell?
Robert Mack: I actually offered her a contract to return. She declined. I don't blame her. And after I thought about it, it was probably for the best. A lot of money would have been made in that return, but some things aren't worth the problems that might come with it. I hope she's doing well, I truly do. And you can never say never...
Jordan Hagan: In your opinion, what has been the greatest moment in Mile High Wrestling's history?
Robert Mack: Shit, Jordan. I don't know. We've made some memories. That night Ricky showed up to confront Forge was a big deal. That whole thing was huge. Off the top of my dome, I guess I could go with that night.
Jordan Hagan: What about the worse?
Robert Mack: Anytime I put on that face paint. (Laughing)
Jordan Hagan: (Laughing) Well, who is the masked man?
Robert Mack: I honestly dont know. And I dont know if its the same person that attacked me. Its the same mask. But I am investigating it, and I will be calling them out at Episode 18.
Jordan Hagan: Finally, what can we expect in the second coming of Mile High Wrestling?
Robert Mack: An even better product. I know we see all the old faces, but we are introducing new faces. I know I said it feels like we never left, but the truth is that most of these guys and gals have evolved since we closed. Things are different all at the same time. It's going to be huge...
Jordan Hagan: Thank you for your time, Rob.
Robert Mack: For sure...
